I had my MOT done on Friday and, unfortunately, it came back as a fail due to an issue that could have been quite dangerous if left unresolved. Craig Ross and the team didn’t waste any time. They sourced the parts that same afternoon, carried out the repairs, and got the car re-tested quickly. That level of responsiveness made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. What stood out just as much was how they handled everything. The team were accommodating, friendly, and easy to deal with throughout, which makes a big difference when you’re already dealing with an unexpected problem. They also offered payment plan options, which helped take some of the pressure off financially. All in all, a very professional service that genuinely went above and beyond. Being a female i always find garage visits daunting and i hate having to go near them.However, I bit the bullet recently and had my car fully serviced and 4 new tyres fitted. The experience i had couldnt have been further from what i was expecting.The lovely lady on reception was very friendly and chatted to me whilst the boys in the garage got to work on my car.I was offered a hot drink aswell while i waited which i thought was a nice touch.Reception was bright and airy- unlike others ive been to,including a nice fish tank.I didnt wait long and the work was done.The mechanic had cleaned down my car inside aswell, so no oil or grease to clean off myself, which ive had to do in the past.Prices were great too.Will defo be back next time. ~ Seo D

My brother had an issue with the car on his way to work. Jedox were there within 40 minutes, had the car stripped in the supermarket car park , found the problem, had the new parts within an hour and the repair done all before my brother's afternoon shift finished. Jedox are highly professional, they use high quality parts and work quickly with no disruption to your day. My fuel injector bolt snapped in half and after calling nearly every local mechanic in my area that told me it couldn’t be fixed or weren’t experienced enough. I phoned Jedox fleet services and they sorted it with no problem. They picked the car up, fixed it, and dropped it back off, couldn’t have asked for better service than that. I ordered the rear tires because I got an advisory indicating they were cracked, and I also knew they were six years old. The tires arrived promptly, and I was greeted with a warm welcome upon entering. The work began immediately, and it was finished in just half an hour. The staff was simply brilliant. I cannot praise them highly enough and the price was also very reasonable. ~ Graham R
